Terms of Use

Everything here describes services and past work. It is not a proposal, a quote, or a professional opinion, and submitting the consultation form does not create a contract or a designer-client relationship. Work begins only under a signed written agreement setting out scope, fee and schedule.

Photographs show completed interiors designed by Jennifer Marcoz. Client names, locations, budgets and drawing sets are confidential and are shown only under a non-disclosure agreement. Images may include furnishings, finishes and fixtures specified but not manufactured by us, and staging or styling that was not part of the permanent installation.

Interior design and space planning services are provided as described. Where a project requires a licensed architect, professional engineer, or a permit application requiring a sealed drawing, those are engaged separately by the client, we coordinate with them, we do not replace them. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to practice architecture or engineering.

The text, photography, layout and design of this site are owned by Design Marc Interiors or used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not republish, resell, or use the photography to represent your own work.

The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
